Summary
After a condo-board/landlord dispute sidelined the ill-fated Salon7 project, my client was left with $50,000 worth of salon furnishings, no space to work and very little money to build. With the casual help of a couple of buddies, I gutted a former bike shop and completed all aspects of the project with the exception of plumbing and electrical in under 3 months.
